On Wednesday, August 1, 2018, the legacy Fuze Meeting services will no longer be available. All meeting services and user access rights are being retired.

Several months ago, we shared that the legacy Fuze meeting service is being retired on July 31, 2018. The July 20 deadline to migrate to our new collaboration platform by August 1, and avoid a disruption in service, has now passed. 

If you wish to move to the new collaboration platform, please complete the form to the right of this page, and a Fuze sales representative will work with you to upgrade to the new Fuze Desktop and Mobile platform as quickly as possible to minimize any service disruption.

Moving forward:

  • If no action is taken by you, your service will expire on July 31, 2018.
  • Customers on prepaid contracts will be refunded for the remainder of their annual contract term by August 31, 2018.
